Title: EVS as One more step toward Inclusion

Project objectives:
– To increase the knowledge of the Erasmus Plus Programme, especially EVS as tool for empowerment of young people, with special focus on inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities;
– To learn how to guide the process of acquiring EVS accreditation and to increase their capacities in developing accreditations and programs for supporting young people with fewer opportunities;
– To learn more about the EVs cycles and how to prepare application for volunteering project within the Erasmus Plus Programme;
– To develop partnership on European level, which they can use in the volunteering projects in the future;
-To gain knowledge and develop skills and attitudes needed for supporting volunteers before, during and after the end of the volunteering service;
– To improve their skills in the field of teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and creativity, skills that are every vital and important in the everyday work with the volunteers;
Profile of participants:
Participating organizations: Croatia, Macedonia, Estonia, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Bulgaria
Venue: All participants will be accommodated in Hotel BALETNA SKOLA, Kastela.
Kastela is a town in the neighborhood of Split and is very good connected with local bus. For participants traveling by airplane, we suggest you use the airport in Zagreb or the airport in Split, depending on the price of the tickets. If you arrive on the airport in Zagreb, you can take the bus from the airport to the main bus station in Zagreb and then you can take a bus or train to Split. You can also arrive by bus or train from your city on the bus or train station in Zagreb. From the main bus station in Zagreb there is bus to Split every half an hour, starting from 06:00 AM till midnight every day. When you arrive on the airport, bus/train station or ferry port in Split, someone from hosting team will pick you up and take you to the hotel.
Costs:
We will cover full board accommodation, food and lodging for the days of the seminar. Travel costs of all participants will be covered by project budget depending on limits from distance calculator of European Commission. In order to reimburse the travel costs, we will need original tickets, invoices and boarding passes. We can make the reimbursement based on these documents, so please keep your tickets/boarding passes on a safe place, during the whole travel, to Croatia and back home. We will make reimbursement by bank transfer as soon as we receive all documents connected with travel costs after the project. We will not pay preparation costs for partner organizations since it will be contribution from side of partner organizations. During the activities, the participants and leaders will be hosted in rooms with 2 and 3 beds, with private bathrooms.
Maximum of 275 euro per participant will be reimbursed based on the original price of the tickets.
Contribution fee:
Each participant will have to contribute to the project with 20€ as a participation fee.
