Dates: 11- 19 May 2026
Place: PARALIA RACHON – GREECE
About the project:
Balance Your Path is a youth exchange designed to support young people in finding a healthy balance between personal well-being and career aspirations. In a fast-paced world where social expectations, academic pressure, and digital distractions often shape young people’s decisions, the project encourages participants to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their own values and goals. Bringing together 30 participants aged 18–25 from Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, and North Macedonia, the exchange will take place in Paralia Rachon and will create an intercultural space for learning, sharing experiences, and personal growth. Through non-formal education methods such as group discussions, reflective exercises, team-building activities, outdoor experiences, and creative workshops, participants will explore how to build a balanced lifestyle that supports both well-being and professional development.
The project focuses on empowering young people to manage expectations from society, education, and career paths while prioritizing mental health, personal fulfillment, and meaningful life choices. By exploring tools related to self-awareness, time management, stress management, and personal goal-setting, participants will learn how to create a sustainable life path that aligns with their passions and values.
