Introduction: On April 17, 2023, the passionate and driven members of Inclusion Labs organized a dynamic workshop on career development through soft skills. This empowering event aimed to equip local young individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge to navigate the job market successfully. Held in the beautiful town of Bansko, the workshop saw the participation of 28 enthusiastic young people eager to enhance their career prospects.
