Title: Inclusion lab
Dates: 13-19 May 2023
Place: Tbilisi, Georgia
Main idea of the project:
The purpose of the job-shadowing is to have the opportunity to be part of the daily work of the host organization and to learn new working methods, challenges, solutions, and approaches to local youth work and take back home and share it with own organization
-to witness the daily youth work at the host organisation.
-to discover the best practices of using digital technologies in anti-discrimination and no hate speech field.
-to get involved in the activities conducted in the Gerogian partner organization DRONI with young people from different backgrounds
-to give space to discover and discuss effective and innovative ways to include young people into the labor market.
Participant profile:
– Participants of the project are expected to be youth workers, youth leaders, people active in youth NGOs.
Travel costs:
Travel: The travel will be covered in the amount of maximum 275 euro per participant.
