Seminar “Make Europe Hate Free Again” – 7-13 November 2021- BAKURIANI, GEORGIA

Place: Bakuriani, Georgia

Objectives:

The Seminar will host youth workers and youth leaders from the participating organisations. The objectives of this activity are the following:

o to share the practices from the local actions and evaluate the changes;

o to introduce tools and effective methods of used art and digital technologies in HRE;

o to identify challenges and generate solutions;

o to furthermore shape the plans for the conference and dissemination of the project results;

o to give space to plan the information and awareness campaign;

Participant profile: 

-Were you involved in the previous activities under Make Europe Hate Free Again? (Training, Job-shadowing, Youth Exchanges, Local workshops) – will be with priority

-Are aware of the principles and topics of MEHFA?

-Were you actively involved in local workshop?

-Are you motivated to contribute to MEHFA more?

-Are you a youth worker, working on HRE and NHS?

-Do you want to get involved now and commit to come to the Conference/Fair event January 2022?

Insurance, Travel and Finances:

Travel costs for Bulgarian participant will be covered up to 275 euro

COVID-19:

Vaccinated passengers: Citizens of all participating countries may enter Georgia if they present the document confirming the full course of any COVID-19 vaccination at the border checkpoints of Georgia. Non-vaccinated passengers: A negative PCR test result is currently required to enter Georgia and an additional one on the third day of your stay. Organizers will provide all the needed assistance on the spot, and costs participants might have related to PCR tests or similar can be covered up to the travel reimbursement limit, with PCR test cost and travel combined. (info about reimbursement on the next page). Traveling & crossing borders during these times can be difficult to predict and can change very fast.

ON A GENERAL NOTE Once in the venue, all sanitary regulations will be followed (available masks, sanitizing gel), as well as measures in terms of gathering in closed spaces and proper ventilation. While planning the programme, the team will plan the use of outdoor spaces as much as possible, taking into account weather conditions. Check the latest information provided by the Georgian government here. Very Important:

BEFORE your trip, please MAKE SURE that you comply with all the travel requirements imposed by all interested governments (including transit!). In case you need any invitation letter or official document for travelling to Georgia (e.g. hotel reservation or accommodation address) please contact your Sending Organization, they will coordinate these documents with us in detail.

WE WILL MONITOR ALL RELEVANT UPDATES ON THE SITUATION AND TRAVELLING CONDITIONS AND WILL PROVIDE SELECTED PARTICIPANTS WITH UPDATES CLOSER TO THE DATE OF THE COURSE!
