Personal experience of Nela from YE ”EMPOWER HER”

.My experience during the project was really amazing! I got to meet so many new people from different countries and learn about their cultures. The activities were fun , and they pushed me to step out of my comfort zone. I was also able to improve my English, especially in casual conversations. It was interesting to see how we all worked together, even though we came from different backgrounds. There were a few challenges, but overcoming them with the group was a great learning experience. Overall, I felt like I gained a lot from the whole experience.

.I learned a lot about communication, especially in English, and how to express myself better. Working with people from different countries taught me to be more open-minded and respectful of other cultures. I also developed important teamwork skills and learned how to collaborate with others even when we had different ideas. The project helped me become more independent and responsible for my own tasks. I gained confidence in speaking and presenting in front of a group. I learned how to solve problems together with others and adapt to new situations. Overall, it was a great opportunity to grow both personally and socially.

.The project for me was : Cultural, teamwork, fun.

.The most important thing I’m taking with me is the idea that collaboration with people from different cultures can lead to creative and meaningful solutions. I also learned the value of open-mindedness and understanding. I feel more confident in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds. The project taught me to be more patient and to listen carefully to others opinions. I also gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of teamwork. I’m taking away a sense of accomplishment and growth from overcoming challenges with my group. Most importantly, I now have memories and friendships that will last.

.If you haven’t done an Erasmus Plus exchange yet, I highly recommend it! It’s a great opportunity to travel, meet people, and experience different cultures. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone,it can be a bit intimidating at first, but it’s totally worth it. Get involved in all the activities and be open to new ideas. You will learn so much about yourself and others. Plus, you’ll have the chance to improve your language skills and build lasting friendships.
