About the project:
Our project focuses on leveraging social media as a key tool to promote European values and the Erasmus+ program through youth work practices. This initiative harnesses the power of social media to promote European values, showcase the Erasmus+ program, and enhance youth work practices.
In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, adapting is essential. This project aims to empower youth workers with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate this dynamic environment effectively while fostering a continuous learning community. Driven by the belief that this effort will strengthen our collective capabilities, the project aspires to contribute to a brighter, more promising future for the young people we serve.

Participant profile:
– Experienced youth workers, but also youth workers who are new or rather new to social media literacy and digital tools for the promotion of European values.
– Ready to actively participate in the whole project (preparation, training course and follow-up).
– Ready to organize at least one follow-up activity using the experience of this training (individually or together with another person from the same country) within 1 month after the training with the young people with their local community and activity planning.
– Ready to implement a publicity activity to share the results of the training (some blog interviews, articles, FB posts, Insta, Tiktok, etc).
– Good communication in English.
– Preference for people with few opportunities
Participating countries:
Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia and Spain
Transport:
You are allowed to stay maximum two extra days out of the project duration.
TRAVEL, ACCOMODATION, FOOD ETC :
Food: The receiving organization will provide participants with three meals per day and two coffee breaks.
Special Needs: Any special dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances must be communicated in advance to the organizers.
Accommodation: Accommodation and food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the duration of the activities will be covered by the receiving organization.All participants will be accommodated in Apartahotel First Flatotel International, located in Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain, at the following address: C. Rda. del Golf Oeste, 75, 29630 Benalmádena, Málaga.
