Introducing “Inclusion Lab” – Empowering Youth in Southwest Bulgaria

We are proud to announce the official launch of our latest initiative, “Inclusion Lab,” a pilot project made possible with the support of the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.

Designed to promote youth empowerment and active citizenship, Inclusion Lab will be implemented in the Southwest region of Bulgaria, engaging a group of 10 local young people aged 15 to 19. Over the coming months, these participants will take part in a dynamic series of training sessions aimed at developing their leadership potential, strengthening civic engagement, and enhancing their personal and social skills.

One of the key elements of the project is the introduction of the Placemaking methodology – an innovative approach that encourages communities to collaboratively transform public spaces into inclusive, accessible, and vibrant areas. Through hands-on activities and community involvement, the young participants will gain valuable experience in creating spaces that reflect the needs and values of those who use them.

Inclusion Lab is not just about learning – it’s about action. We’re excited to see how these young leaders will apply their knowledge and creativity to bring about positive change in their communities.

Stay tuned for stories, updates, and outcomes as the Inclusion Lab journey unfolds!

The project Inclusion lab is funded by European Youth Foundation of CoE.
