On September 18, Gorna Oryahovitsa hosted the Youth Caravan Campaign, run by Alternativi International. The national information campaign is being organized between 18 and 24 September in 7 cities throughout Bulgaria. The main objective of the campaign is to introduce young people with opportunities for education, training, volunteering, internship, youth exchanges, within the Erasmus + program. A local partner for Gorna Oryahovitsa was the Youth Tolerance Association and the Youth parliament of Gorna Oryahovitsa, whose team helped the events happen. The campaign sparked a huge interest among the young people of Gorna Oryahovitsa, who joined the public campaign with various games, prizes and, of course, useful information from our info point. Our international volunteers also visited a school “Vicho Grancharov” and shared their volunteer experience and discussed the benefits of volunteering with students, which prompted great interest in opportunities for mobility abroad.
