1. My experience during the project was really positive. At first, I was a bit nervous, but as soon as I met everyone, I felt more comfortable. It was great to be surrounded by people from different countries with different ideas. We worked on a variety of activities that helped me improve both personally and professionally. I also had a lot of fun while learning new things and making new friends. The environment was very supportive, which made it easier to share and collaborate. Overall, it was a memorable and valuable experience that I’ll never forget.
2. During the project, I learned a lot about how to work effectively in a team. I gained valuable skills in communication, especially with people who don’t speak the same language or have the same cultural background. It also helped me become more adaptable, as I had to adjust to different ways of thinking and working. I improved my problem-solving skills by collaborating on various challenges with others. I also learned about leadership and how to support others when leading a group activity. Additionally, I now have a deeper understanding of intercultural differences and how to respect them. This experience really made me more confident and open to new opportunities.
3. I can describe the project as Fun,creative and productive
4.The most important thing I’m taking away is the value of working with people from different backgrounds. I learned that everyone brings something unique to the table, and diversity only makes a project stronger. Another key takeaway is the importance of communication—both speaking and listening. I realized that clear communication helps avoid misunderstandings and makes teamwork smoother. I also learned that it’s okay to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. This project has made me more open-minded and willing to embrace new experiences. Finally, I now have a bigger sense of global citizenship, understanding that the world is connected, and we can all learn from each other.
5. If you haven’t taken part in an Erasmus+ youth exchange yet, I would definitely recommend it. Don’t hesitate to apply, even if you’re nervous about meeting new people or being in a new environment. It’s a great chance to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and grow. You’ll meet people from all over, learn about their cultures, and see the world from a different perspective. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to build new skills, whether it’s leadership, teamwork, or communication. The experiences and friendships you gain will stay with you long after the project ends. Just go for it—you won’t regret it!
