In December 2024, the Romanian team carried out a dissemination activity within a university classroom setting, engaging students in an interactive presentation about the Erasmus+ project “Action for Civic Transformation (ACT)”. The session aimed to introduce young people to the project’s objectives, share key learning outcomes, and inspire active participation in civic life.
During the event, the team presented the core themes of ACT — youth empowerment, civic responsibility, and social inclusion — and showcased examples of tools and activities used during the international training, such as debates, teamwork exercises, and community project simulations. Students learned about how civic initiatives can influence positive social change and were encouraged to reflect on issues affecting their own communities.
The Romanian participants also shared personal experiences and stories from the project, emphasizing the value of intercultural exchange and non-formal education. The session concluded with an open discussion on how university students can take an active role in shaping a more democratic and inclusive society.
This classroom dissemination activity effectively spread the project’s message among young people in Romania and fostered motivation for future involvement in Erasmus+ and local civic initiatives.
