About the project:
Despite the increase in the number of entrepreneurial women, there are still significant barriers and challenges based on gender inequality compared to men across Europe. Our project therefore aims to address these barriers and promote equal opportunities for young women in these areas. In addition, young women entrepreneurs often have less access to financial resources, networks and mentoring opportunities compared to men. By developing strategies to increase this access, our project aims to encourage NEET women to entrepreneurship and strengthen the economic and social status of young women.
Participant profile:
-You must be between the ages of 18-30
-Gender balance will be considered for each group,
-Each group must include at least one young female participant who is NEET
-You should be eager to learn, group-oriented, and inquisitive
-It is preferred that you are involved in women’s associations, especially for NEET women or women entrepreneurship
-You must have the ability to use digital technologies and possess
-English language skills.
Participating countries:
Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, France and Spain
Transport:
The transportation from Bulgaria to Turkey will be organized by bus by the receiving organization from Turkey.
TRAVEL, REIMBURSEMENT HEALTH INSUANCE :
Transport, Accommodation and Meals will be covered by the host organisation.
Transport to Spain and France will be by plane. (Due to the difficult access to the implementation country by land) Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey will be transported by bus.
Accommodation and Training; It will take place in Istanbul Silivri Application Hotel.
