1. How was your experience during the project? My experience during the empower her project was incredible. I had the chance to meet amazing women from different countries, each with their own unique stories and ideas about business. Being around people who were as passionate as I am made me feel really inspired. The project was full of workshops, discussions, and activities that kept us engaged and encouraged us to share our thoughts. I was able to grow by learning from others’ experiences, and it made me realize how strong and capable women can be when we work together. I also felt comfortable and supported in an environment that encouraged us to be ourselves. Overall, it was a fun and uplifting experience that taught me so much about myself and others.
2. What have you learned/acquired during the project? (knowledge, skills, competences)I gained so much knowledge and many new skills! I learned a lot about sustainability in business and why it’s important for the environment and society. We learned how to plan projects with a focus on being eco-friendly and how women-led businesses can make a positive impact. I also gained practical skills like networking, teamwork, and problem-solving. Working on group projects taught me how to communicate better and be open to other ideas. We also learned about the challenges women face in the business world, and this helped me understand how to overcome obstacles and support others. These new skills and knowledge will help me a lot in my studies and future career.
3. Describe the project in 3 words only. Empowering, inspiring, educational.
4. What is the most important thing(s) you are taking with you from the project? The most important thing I’m taking with me from the project is confidence and motivation to follow my goals. I now feel more prepared to take on challenges and start my own projects. I’m also grateful for the friendships I made with women who have similar dreams and goals. We have a network now that we can reach out to for advice or encouragement. The project showed me that being part of a supportive community makes a big difference in reaching your goals. I feel that this experience has given me more courage to take risks and work hard for what I want.
5. What advice would you give to other young people who have not taken part in Erasmus+ youth exchanges? My advice to anyone thinking about Erasmus+ is to definitely go for it! It’s a unique opportunity to learn and grow in ways you can’t get from just studying or working. Erasmus+ gives you the chance to travel, meet new friends from all over Europe, and see things from new perspectives. You’ll learn important skills and gain experiences that will make you more confident and prepared for the future. It’s also a great way to discover what you’re passionate about and meet people who share those passions. You’ll come away with new memories, new skills, and maybe even a new direction for your life. Erasmus+ is about more than just learning, it’s about experiencing and growing as a person.
