Dissemination of TC “Green Thinking: Changing Habits, Shaping our Future” in Netherlands

As part of my national dissemination task, I held a session with 9 young people aged 18–25 at a school in Utrecht. The goal was to share what I learned during the training course and spark a conversation about what ecology and sustainability mean to them.

To make the session interactive, I created a simple but powerful activity: I placed pictures on the walls showing different aspects of ecology and sustainability. Each participant received green and red papers – green if they felt the issue was essential, red if they thought it was less important. This visual exercise quickly revealed how priorities differ and opened up some great discussions.

I also gave them short worksheets where they could introduce themselves and answer a few key questions related to the topic. The activity encouraged reflection and helped everyone connect their personal choices with broader environmental issues.

By the end, we all agreed on one thing: individual actions do matter, and we should all do more to help the planet.

Alongside the sustainability activities, I also introduced the group to Erasmus+ opportunities, showing them how they could get involved in international learning experiences themselves.
