Title: Get Inspired! Youth Workers Life Coaching Training
Dates: 15 – 23 January 2019
Project intro: Making the right choices in your life is so important! But let’s be honest, seeking fulfilment and authenticity in those choices, professionally or personally, is so difficult, isn’t it? So many possibilities are offered but very little guidance. Self-knowledge, self-confidence, lifestyle, environment, relationships come into play. How to start? How to pause? How to re-start?
Navigating those challenges without a map or compass can leave one feeling lost or stuck, and help is often needed to disentangle the threads in one’s mind. Now so many people want to help but the sole desire to do so might not be enough! How to help someone awaken to their true potential? How to help them find their true voice? How to listen properly and ask the right questions?
This course will aim at addressing both sides of the coin: first through giving participants tools to explore their own potential and goals in life, then through equipping them with the skills, knowledge and attitude to enable them to help others find their path. With practical life-coaching techniques, but also methods involving nature and the outdoors, well-being and healthy lifestyle practices, artistic and physical expression and holistic education, this course will be a non-formal, creative and experiential exploration of what life-coaching means..
Participation, accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are all provided free of charge..
